Cleveland Driver’s License Attorney
Ohio Commercial Driver’s License Issues Lawyer
Driver’s license issues may crop-up from all sort of reasons: following a DUI charge or conviction or a simple traffic accident, for a failure to have or prove that you had auto insurance, for failing to pay your child support obligation, for accumulating 12 points within a 2 year period or for being convicted of possessing marijuana (maximum $150 fine and a drivers license suspension of 6 months to 5 years!!). Some suspensions carry mandatory reinstatement fees as high as $425 and some as low as $30.

Losing your ability to drive can be a life-altering impediment that may prevent you from going to work, caring for your family, or managing your day-to-day affairs. And instead of making it easy and simple to get your license back, the government has placed one stumbling block after another in the way of getting your driver’s license back.
I am experienced criminal defense attorney Mark Gardner, and I handle all drivers’ license matters, including commercial driver’s license suspensions. Getting a CDL license reinstated is so difficult that many attorneys don’t know the first step to getting their clients’ licenses back. But I do. Whether the hold-up is on the Court’s side or the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) side, I will attack every impediment preventing you from lawfully driving your car on the road.
Contact the Law Office of Mark Gardner to begin an effort to get your license back and get your driver’s license points and legal issues resolved.
If you have a CDL (commercial driver’s license), there are a whole different set of rules for you to live by. If you don’t follow these rules, you just cost yourself your career. Drivers who have commercial driving licenses (CDL) are subject to special laws and rules regarding driving under the influence (DUI).
You can be disqualified or lose your commercial driver’s license for certain convictions. See a list of convictions leading to disqualification under R.C. 4506.16.
